ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to help keep a residential property clean, secure, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. In this role, you'll handle routine repairs, apartment turnovers, preventive maintenance, and common-area upkeep. You'll also support snow removal, on-call needs, and resident service with professionalism and attention to detail.
