Start Your Trucking Career With Paid Mentor Training
You earned your CDL-A. Now you need the opportunity to turn that training into real experience.
365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-school graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll spend four to six weeks on the road with an experienced driver, learning the day-to-day responsibilities of professional OTR driving.
After successfully completing the program, you’ll transition into your own truck and begin driving solo, with the opportunity to earn $1,600-$1,800 per week .
No previous professional driving experience is required.

QualificationsStarting your first professional driving job is a big step. The mentor program gives you time to gain real road experience, ask questions, and prepare for solo driving with support from an experienced driver.
